Instruction/guidelines for UK bound passengers
HM Government has issued Covid-19 Border Measures in England (Aviation Industry Operational Guidance) with effect from 08 Jun'20.
The mandatory border measures are:
1) Passenger Locator Form: All arriving(UK) passengers and including arriving crews/transit(VIA UK) passengers etc. need to fill up online Public Health form within 48 hours prior of arrival time. Keep the electronic receipt to show on demand at UK port, else fine GBP 100/- or may refuse entry clearance.

If you're travelling to the UK, you need to provide your details in case you or someone you've travelled with develops coronavirus symptoms.
Note: This form is mandatory for all (Passengers, Crews and Engineers etc.)

Note: This form is Mandatory for EX BD TO UK Bound Passengers .
2) Compulsory 14 days self-isolation: Applicable for every arriving passenger in UK port with effect from 08 Jun'20.Fine applicable GBP 1000/- for noncompliance of self-isolation for 14 days which escalate to GBP 3200/- for inaccurate contact details. May also refuse entry clearance.
(Exempted for arriving operating crews, airside transit passengers, civil aviation inspectors on inspection duties etc.)
3) Provision of public health information: Travelers to visit http://www.gov.uk/uk-border-control in order to read and understand the regulations and procedure for availing a hassle free entry to UK.
