Rate of Pay: £18,000 rising to £20,000 + Amazing Commission Structure

Hours: 40-hour week Shift: Between 10am - 8pm Monday – Friday with Saturday contracted and currently available

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be resilient and driven
• Have previous experience in sales focused role
• Have excellent communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and a self-starter
• Be target driven and results focused
• Dynamic, flexible and adaptable to change
• Passionate about the brand and the products you will be selling

Required:

• Outbound sales experience and target driven
• Excellent PC and CRM skills
• Educated to GCSE or equivalent level
The job will include:
• Outbound calling B2C
• Ability to meet sales-based targets
• Promote the full range of our client’s services to prospective customers
• Liaising with existing and prospective customers via outbound calling, web chat and email to encourage customers to switch energy suppliers
• Attract new business and generate leads for future business • Sharing excellent product knowledge and having an awareness of competitor offers

Salary: £20 000 per annum rising to £21 000 on completion of 6 months’ probation, further increase after 12 months to £22 500 with a maximum of 30% bonus.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: Working between the hours of 9.00am and 8.00pm. Plus Saturdays: 9.00am to 6pm (Training times are 9.30am – 6.30pm for first week, then 11 – 8 for 7 weeks within training academy).

This is an outbound Sales Campaign; the role is to sell home insurance policies through a non advised sales process and get prospective consumers.
