Happy Friday everyone!

Some lovely feedback from a new customer who I helped book a stunning luxury holiday to India incorporating a luxury train journey though Rajasthan, top and tailed with stays at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts Delhi.

Customer was struggling with a company they had found online - poor communication, inaccurate information and a general sub standard service. Within 15 minutes I had resolved her queries and provided clarity. I also went on to suggest a better way of booking the holiday, saving her around £500 whilst providing an elevated experience - she was very pleased!

Thank you so much for your support this year. It means the world to help you plan such special journeys and unforgettable holidays.

Wishing you a wonderful Christmas and a brilliant New Year! I am closing my laptop from 13:00 today until the 27th December, so that you know when I’ll be available to help with your travel plans.

I will also be closed on the 28th December to celebrate my wonderful daughter's 18th Birthday and from 12:00 on New Years Eve to see in 2026 with family and friends. Will be back to full working hours on the 5th January 2026, but I'm only ever a WhatsApp away!
