Happy Friday everyone!

Some lovely feedback from a new customer who I helped book a stunning luxury holiday to India incorporating a luxury train journey though Rajasthan, top and tailed with stays at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts Delhi.

Customer was struggling with a company they had found online - poor communication, inaccurate information and a general sub standard service. Within 15 minutes I had resolved her queries and provided clarity. I also went on to suggest a better way of booking the holiday, saving her around £500 whilst providing an elevated experience - she was very pleased!
