We’re Hiring! Mechanic & PSV Driver Needed 🔧
🔧 Full‑Time Mechanic – Join Our Small Friendly Team
We’re looking for a reliable mechanic to help maintain our small fleet of school buses and lovely vintage buses.
✔ Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm
✔ £17 per hour to start – rising to £19 after 3 months
✔ Occasional weekend work only if needed
If you enjoy varied work and like being part of a supportive, local business, we’d love to hear from you.

🚌 Part‑Time PSV Driver – Term Time Only
We also need a PSV driver for a school contract.
✔ £16 per hour
✔ 20 hours per week (term time only)
✔ Extra hours may be available in school holidays
Perfect for someone who enjoys a steady routine and being part of the community.
Willing to train someone looking to advance their career!

Paul and Lucy’s wedding, yesterday, was our first wedding of 2025, and what fantastic weather for an April wedding.
I was out in our 1932 Oldsmobile, doing a couple of trips from De Vere Tortworth Court to St Mary’s church in wotton under edge, before returning to Tortworth.
We were working alongside Chepstow Classic Buses who were on duty transporting the guests to the church and back.

Arrive in style and relish the surroundings as you approach this breathtaking location. The Caer Beris Wedding Fayre is hosted by National Wedding Exhibitions UK.

Entry is free but booking is essential and only limited tickets remain available.

Please be aware the A48 road from Lydney to Chepstow is not looking like it will be open Monday morning for the 791 route,
We will be picking up all pupils along this route but will have to go over st Briavels and Bream to pick up and return to school so maybe a little late, please ask all pupils to wait at their stops as normal and we will be with them as soon as we can.
