The Barrel Inn Blues Travel We are a family-friendly independent travel club who run coaches to all of Chesterfield FC's away games

The Barrel Inn Blues Travel run independent travel to Chesterfield Football Club's away games. The 2022-23 season will be our 14th season and we will be running from The Barrel Inn, Chatsworth Road, Brampton. view in our photos by the start of every season. Membership is free and under 16s travel for half price to the majority of games if travelling with an adult. We are family friendly and offer a fun day out, with a couple of hours in a town for you to explore before the game.

Hi everyone, we now have a waiting list for a second coach for the game at Fleetwood Town on Saturday 18th April 2026.

So that we can book the right number and size of coaches please book as early as possible.

The prices are £26 for adults and £13 for under 16's accompanied by an adult.; the coach(es) will leave The Barrel Inn at 8.00 am and they will be stopping in Blackpool before the game.

Hi everyone, we have a few seats left on the coach to Notts County on Saturday 14th March 2026; due to the earlier kick off time of 12.30 pm the coach will leave from The Barrel Inn at 10.45 am with the pub opening at 9.15 am.

We would just like to remind everyone that va**ng isn't allowed on coaches, or in any football stadium, so please refrain from doing so; it is only a small minority of people but we would just like it to stop before it becomes a bigger issue, thanks Paul and Kimberley.

Prices are £28 for adults and £14 for under 16's accompanied by an adult; the coaches will leave from The Barrel Inn at 8.00 am.

Hi everyone, due to the level of demand we've put on a third coach for the game at Oldham Athletic on New Year's Day.

The prices are £20 for adults and £10 for under 16's accompanied by an adult; the coaches leave from The Barrel Inn at 9.30 am.

Also, due to the early kick of time the coach to MK Dons on Sunday 4th January 2026 will leave at 9.00 am and go straight to the ground.

Please book early to avoid possible disappointment.

Hi everyone, we will be celebrating Luke’s life, 15 years on, in his favourite pub The Barrel Inn, Chatsworth Road, Brampton on Friday 19th December 2025.

We will be at the pub from 4:00 pm and it would be great to see people who are able to attend in order to celebrate Luke’s life which was sadly cut far too short.

I have always chosen to celebrate Luke's life with good friends whether they knew Luke or not; everyone is welcome to join me and raise a glass to my wonderful son.

I would also like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their support over the years, it means so much.

Hi everyone, we now have a waiting list for a second coach to Crewe Alexandra on Saturday 22nd November and so, if you would like to travel with us please book as early as possible in order that we have the time to sort the coaches out provided that there is sufficient interest.

We leave The Barrel Inn at 9.30 am and the prices are £20 for adults and £10 for under 16's accompanied by an adult; the pub will be open from 8.00 am.
