A fabulous evening and a weekend not to be missed in Chipping Campden 🤩

Dover's Games is held on the hill that now bears the founder's name.

It's a truly remarkable place - a natural amphitheatre that in any season, takes the breath away with its beauty, and the views it commands across Worcestershire to the Malverns and the Black Mountains.

For 364 days of the year it's an open space, free to walk on, owned by the National Trust, farmed by the Robbins family, and is the start of the famous Cotswold Way. For one night of the year, since 1612, the castle goes up and the fun begins.

Visit Dover's Hill all year round: https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/visit/gloucestershire-cotswolds/dovers-hill

Just a few reminders to make your day smooth and enjoyable:

🌤️ The weather forecast looks good, but it can get chilly as the sun goes down—bring an extra layer!

Wear sensible footwear. Dover's Hill is grazing land for the Robbins' sheep, so sturdy shoes are a must, especially for the torch-lit procession back into town.

Don't forget something to sit on.

Shuttle bus from Wolds End Orchard at the back ends/Aston Road junction.

📸 Take as many pictures as possible, and don't forget to tag our Facebook handle !

Want to participate in the games? It's FREE! Just turn up early and head to the registration tent. Limited spaces, so the earlier, the better!

Gates open: At 4 PM.

Tickets: Available in the Town Square, online, or on the hill.

Food & Drink: We have food sellers on the hill, but if you bring your own picnic, remember it's an alcohol-free venue. Alcohol is served in town after the event.

Leave No Trace: Please use the many bins provided and help us keep the hill pristine for the National Trust and the Robbins family. Thank you!

🐾 No dogs allowed on the hill.
🍻 No alcohol permitted on the hill.

See you there!
