Back in the office tomorrow after an epic weekend celebrating a special 40th birthday in Cheshire with my incredible family.

We played Bongo Bingo (if you’ve never played it - do it - so much fun), sang on karaoke, had a pool party with pool olympics, enjoyed a masterclass in cocktail making, had an old school disco AND topped it off with a game of granny rounders!

I’ve got a busy week ahead with the last of my July departures (can’t believe August is nearly here!)

What an eventful day…….

This morning saw me take this little ball of fur to the emergency vet. She had only gone and eaten half a bag of raisins! Don’t ask me when or where she got them, I just saw the remnants of an empty packet and panicked!

Raisins are toxic to dogs and can cause serious health issues, including kidney failure, which can be fatal. It’s crucial to seek immediate veterinary care if a dog eats raisins, even if no symptoms are visible! 8 hours later and she’s home - feeling sorry for herself and a face full of charcoal!
