*Holiday Let Terms & Conditions*
Please respect our Terms and Conditions. They are in place for the safety and comfort of both our guests and the neighbours. We encourage you to have fun and to enjoy your stay, but please adhere to the policies.
*Minimum stay of 2 nights is required for booking.
*Please note that, as with most private bookings, entertainment passes for the Orchards Holiday Park will need to be purchased on arrival or before, by using the online Haven system. Only if required. These are not compulsory, and you can use the caravan solely for accommodation, which many choose to do. All payments are made directly to Haven. Prices are subject to change based on Havens terms and conditions.
*Check in after 2pm - check out before 10am
*Security deposit: There will be no damage deposit charged to your card before arrival. Upon checkout, if there appears to be any damage, the sum off up to £100 will be charged to your debit/credit card used on booking. We keep a photo record of the caravan and contents before and after bookings.
*Cancellations policy: 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 28 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. There is no refund if cancelled within 14 days of booked arrival.
*£50 Non refundable deposit due on time of booking, this will be deducted from the remaining balance which is due 28 days prior to arrival.
*Lead guest must be age 21 or over to book (ages may be flexible depending on the group or family) couples and family groups only.
*Central heating: We encourage guests to use the heating to keep warm, however excessive use (ie 24hrs a day) will result in a daily rate being charged at the end of stay.
Smoking
There is STRICTLY NO SMOKING within this caravan. Any signs of smoking within this caravan will result in the safety deposit not being refunded.
Pets
Pets are NOT permitted without the express permission from the owners. Any signs of pets having been kept in the caravan during a stay will result in the safety deposit being retained for a deep clean.
Events & Parties
Events and parties are strictly forbidden within the caravan accommodation. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the guest being remove.
