Care Assistant – Full Time (36 Hours per Week)

We are a long-established, small residential care home In Holland on Sea , Essex providing high-quality, person-centred care for 16 elderly residents in a beautiful seaside location. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, homely environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate Care Assistant to join our happy and supportive team.
About the Role
* 36 hours per week
* 12-hour shifts
* A mixture of day shifts and night shifts
* Supporting residents with personal care, daily living activities, companionship, and wellbeing
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
What We Are Looking For
* A kind, caring, and compassionate nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability and a positive attitude
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided
* A genuine passion for supporting older people
