Let's take a moment to welcome Gethin, our new Designate General Manager! 👋

Here are a few words he's put together to introduce himself and say hello to our Owners:

"Hello everyone!
My name is Gethin and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself as I join The Orchards as Designate General Manager.
I’ve been with Haven for a number of years, starting my career as a Lifeguard at Hafan y Môr and working my way through a variety of leadership roles across different parks. Most recently, I supported Lydstep Beach on a General Manager secondment before moving into my current role.

I’m really excited to now be joining The Orchards and working alongside Grant and the wider team to support the park and our owner community.

You’ll see me out and about around the park, so please come over and say hello if you see me. I’m looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible and getting to know the community.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, training and competing in CrossFit, or spending a Sunday watching Formula 1!

I’m really looking forward to being part of The Orchards and getting to know you all over the coming weeks."

🏴‍☠️🍷WINE CLUB - LET’S GET SHIPWRECKED! 🍷🏴‍☠️

September’s Wine Club is going full pirate, so it’s time to don your finest pirate gear and join the crew!

Saturday 12th September, 7pm. Don't forget to email [email protected] for seating arrangements.

Please note: As usual, the Owners Lounge will close at 6pm on the day to allow for set up with doors opening at 7pm for Wine Club attendees only. The Owners Lounge will then reopen to all owners at 9:30pm.

🏊 SEPTEMBER OWNERS POOL SWIM TIMES 🏊

The Owners Pool is open throughout September, with the following swim times:

Monday - Friday
General Swim: 10am - 2pm

Saturday - Sunday
Adults Only Swim: 9:30am - 10am
General Swim: 10am - 5pm

The Owners Pool will remain open until Wednesday 30th September.

Make the most of those final September swims!

🎤 SEPTEMBER JUST GOT EVEN BETTER! 🎤

We’ve made a little amendment to the September calendar and added TWO EXTRA LIVE ACTS in the Owners Lounge!

📅 8:30pm Friday 4th September
🎶 Live Act "Ryan Green"

📅 8:30pm Saturday 26th September
🎶 Live Act "Rachel Geering"

That means even more live music, dancing and reasons to head to the Owners Lounge this month.

There’s also been a slight change to the Tribute Acts in the Live Lounge. From Wednesday 9th September onwards, the acts will now start at 8:45pm instead of 9pm.

🏖️THE GREAT BRITISH BEACH CLEAN🏖️

We are looking for 20 volunteers to help us in this year's Great British Beach Clean at 11am on Saturday 19th September. Haven has 38 holiday parks across the UK, most of which enjoy direct beach access. This September, we’ll be coming together to make a real difference to our coastline. Over the week of 18th - 27th September, every one of our parks will be taking part in the Great British Beach Clean, joining forces to protect the beaches our guests love and the wildlife that calls them home.
