🎆 FIREWORKS NIGHT! 🎆

Come on down for an evening of delicious hot food, light-up toys and a fabulous fireworks display right on our doorstep!

📍 Location: The Golf Course
🕕 Gates open: 6pm
🎇 Fireworks begin: 7pm sharp

🍔 Two unique hot food vendors will be serving a delicious range of warm, filling favourites, with a light-up toy stall for the little ones!

🎟️ FREE ENTRY. Everyone is welcome!

⚠️ IMPORTANT THINGS TO CONSIDER⚠️

⚠️ There is no onsite parking. Access to the Golf Course is on foot only.

⚠️ Cash is recommended for vendor purchases, as mobile phone signal can be unreliable on the Golf Course.

⚠️ For everyone's safety, dogs and sparklers are not permitted at the event.

Christmas Dinner bookings are now closed, and we still have some menu choices overdue.

If you have not already done so, please email [email protected] with the following information:

- Full name of each person in your party.

- Each person’s starter, main course and dessert choices.

- Specify whether anyone requires the NGCI (gluten-free) menu.

- Any seating preferences if you’d like to be seated with other groups.

Sparkles, feathers, furs and coat tails! You lot certainly dressed to impress for Saturday’s "A Ch*****ne Affair", bringing our 2026 W**e Club season to a rather glamorous close.

I just want to say a genuine thank you to everyone who has joined us for W**e Club this year. Whether you’ve been coming along from the start or joined us along the way, I’ve loved seeing you embrace the themes, get involved and make each evening your own. It means a lot that you continue to show up and make these evenings so enjoyable, and I really couldn’t ask for a better bunch to share them with! ❤️

Handing out sweets from your van this Halloween? Register to be included on our official Trick or Treat Trail!

We'll share the final list with owners so families know exactly which vans are taking part and where to find the treats.

📅 Sign-up deadline: Saturday 24 October. Please register ASAP! Once the list is finalised, no additions or changes can be made.

👻 The trail begins at 6pm on Saturday 31 October 2026. It's self-led, so families can explore at their own pace. No sign-up is needed to take part in the trail!

Dust off those cowboy boots! Tickets for our ONE LAST RODEO go on sale next Wednesday, 21 October at 5pm via your Owners Hub. Set those reminders so you don't miss out!

🎟️ Maximum of 6 bookings per caravan

For our final W**e Club for 2026, let's go out with a bang! "The Ch*****ne Affair" features 5 sparkling wines. Dress in sparkles, feathers, furs.. whatever makes you feel fancy darling!

The Owners Lounge will close at 6pm for setup, and will open at 7pm for W**e Club attendees. The Owners Lounge will reopen to everyone at 9:30pm when the event finishes.

It’s time to start thinking about Halloween here at The Orchards! 🎃

🎃 TRICK OR TREAT TRAIL 🎃

Our Trick or Treat Trail begins at 6pm on Saturday 31st October.

Want your caravan included on the Trick or Treat Trail to hand out treats to our little Goblins and Ghouls?
Simply email [email protected] with your caravan pitch number by 10am Wednesday 28th October.
⚠️ Please make sure you sign up before the deadline! After 10am on Wednesday, the trail list will be finalised and published, and NO additions or changes can be made.

Anyone is welcome to join the Trick or Treat Trail as a participant. The trail is self-led, so families can go at their own pace.

🦇 BEST DRESSED CARAVAN COMPETITION 🦇

No sign-up required! Simply dress up your caravan and get creative. Judging will begin at 3pm on Friday 30th October. More details to come!

👻 HALLOWEEN SOCIAL IN THE OWNERS LOUNGE 👻

No frills, just an excuse to put on your spookiest outfit, enjoy a Live Act and spend the evening with fellow owners. Prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed!

2️⃣ CHOOSE your preferred time slot and the number of ADULT or KIDS bookings you need.

Get into the festive spirit and choose from three delicious courses for your Christmas dinner, NGCI options included. 🎅🍽️

✨ Second sitting - 2:30pm

Bookings open tomorrow at 5:30pm and will close at 10am on Thursday 15th October.

❗PLEASE NOTE: Christmas Dinner bookings will need to be made using a specific booking route on the Owners Hub, rather than simply selecting a standard event booking.

To avoid any confusion, full step-by-step booking instructions will be posted tomorrow. Please read these carefully before making your booking and follow the steps exactly as shown.❗

As this is a pre-booked event with a strict cut-off time, bookings or changes cannot be accommodated after 10am on Thursday 15th October. 🎄
