Outside to the rear provides entertaining areas with a covered seating area dining area and hot tub. A barbecue is provided with tools for cooking and a bag of charcoal. Parking for two cars are available. Local takeaways which deliver to the area and a supermarket within a few miles and local shops close by. Amenities such as a cinema, bowling and leisure centre within 3 miles distance. Cleethorpes beach within 3 miles from the location and dog friendly beach within one minute walk.
