The Great British Beach Clean is a week-long nationwide citizen science event running from Friday 18th to Sunday 27th September 2026, organised by the Marine Conservation Society.

Every day during this special week the Beach Safety Team Cleethorpes Resort Safety will be out doing a litter pick and we would love for you to join us!

Whether you’d like to come on your own, bring the kids, want to get a group together or simply have 30 minutes to spare — every piece of litter collected makes a difference!

🧤 Pickers, gloves & bags provided
📍 Meet at the Resort Safety Hub, opposite the Pier
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 All ages welcome
🗓️ Daily sessions throughout the week

The team will be joined throughout the week by some local litter picking legends such as The Canoe River Cleaner, Frank Sparkes - North Wall Cleaner and PickWalks so why not come along too, get involved and help us make Cleethorpes cleaner, together! 💙💛

😍HELLO WEEKEND! It's here again and a hugely busy one ahead for us including the amazing coastal celebration of the Humber Estuary with 🌊Beach of Dreams Cleethorpes with activities on all weekend.
