What an absolutely stunning view!! 😍 A hike to keep in mind for your trip to Norway’s Fjordlands 🥾

Hike up the 17 hairpin bends at Kossdalsvingane on Osterøy, 50 minutes drive from Bergen. The walk is relatively easy, suitable for everyone including families with children, and perfect for Instagram and TikTok posts 🤳

“Having worked in the travel industry for more years than I care to remember 😂, I have spent the last 10 years or so at Nordic Experience, and have been fortunate to travel to Norway, Iceland and Finland during that time. 🥰 Each destination has left its own lasting impressions, and standout moments, notably the first time I drove a dog sled in Norway – challenging but so much fun! 🐺

And then some of my most special memories when accompanying families on their journey to meet Father Christmas himself. 🎅 There is something truly wonderful about witnessing a child’s reaction when they say, “I’ve just met the real Father Christmas.” The joy, excitement and wonder shared by families in that moment is nothing short of magical. 🤩

Beyond this unforgettable encounter, Lapland offers a wealth of winter activities. ❄️ Take control of your own husky sled team across frozen wilderness or race across snow-covered lakes by snowmobile. Visit reindeer with their Sámi herders and learn about their traditional way of life. 🦌There is also plenty of time for simple winter pleasures such as tobogganing, building snowmen and friendly snowball fights. 🌌And, if luck is on your side, you may even witness the Northern Lights dancing across the Arctic sky — an unforgettable natural spectacle that never fails to impress. 😍”

Keeping the team introductions going, it’s time to meet Natalia!

“Hi, I’m Natalia! 😄 I joined Nordic Experience three years ago, and since then I’ve had the chance to explore the Nordic countries more closely and completely fall in love with them. ♥️

🌍 I’ve always loved travelling, discovering new cultures, and learning about local traditions, and every trip has made me want to come back for more and recommend these amazing places to all my friends and family. 🤩

⛰️ The Faroe Islands were unlike anywhere I’d ever been before. Dramatic cliffs, colourful villages, and incredible nature everywhere you look , it’s a truly special place. 🏞️ One of my favourite experiences was visiting local farmers and spending time with the people who live there. Getting a real taste of the local food and culture made the trip feel much more personal than simple sightseeing. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. ☺️

🇳🇴 Norway completely stole my heart. From the fjords and mountains on the mainland to the wild and remote landscapes of Svalbard, every part of the country feels different. 🏔️ In Svalbard, I had the chance to cruise all the way to the northernmost point, take a dip in the Arctic Ocean (yes, it was freezing, but absolutely worth it 😂) and experience the midnight sun, where the sun never sets and time almost feels unreal. 🌅 I was also lucky enough to spot a polar bear and other Arctic wildlife in their natural habitat, which is something I’ll never forget. 🐻‍❄️

For me, the Nordic countries are a never-ending discovery. 🥾 The nature, history, food, and especially the warmth of the people make every visit memorable, and there’s always something new to experience. 🥰 If you’re dreaming about a Nordic adventure, my team and I would love to share our knowledge and help you create a trip you’ll never forget!”

“Hi, I’m Ana 😊 I joined the Nordic Experience team in 2024 and have always had a strong connection with the Nordic world and way of life. Having grown up in a northern city close to Scandinavia, I’m very familiar with Nordic climate, culture, long winter nights, and the magic of the midnight sun. ❄️🌅

✈️ I have always loved travelling and discovering new places, and I really enjoy helping people plan their dream trips and create unforgettable memories. 🥰 I especially love creating unique tailor-made itineraries filled with unusual adventures and authentic moments.

⭐️ Some of my favourite experiences I’ve helped arrange for clients include watching golden eagles in the Finnish wilderness, halibut fishing in the Norwegian fjords, meeting puffins in the Faroe Islands, and sailing among icebergs in Greenland! 🤩 I believe the most memorable trips are the ones that feel a little different and allow people to experience nature in a special way.

🇮🇸 One place I would personally love to visit is Iceland. The landscapes look incredible — volcanoes, glaciers, waterfalls, geysers, ice caves, and whales all in one destination. “Hello 👋 I’m Sophia and I have been at Nordic for 3 years!

I recently had the chance to visit the Christmas markets in Stockholm, Helsinki and Tallinn and it was absolutely magical 🤩. They really know how to do Christmas properly over there, with incredible local handicrafts and the biggest Christmas trees, which I loved! 🎄

♥️ My favourite trip, however, has to be my trip to the Finnish Lakelands. The scenery was beautiful, the people were so lovely and welcoming, and experiencing the midnight sun was something really special. 🌅 As a very active person, I loved getting stuck into hiking and biking while taking in the stunning landscapes. 🥾

🛤️ I particularly enjoy creating itineraries that go a little more off the beaten track, discovering new places and unique experiences to make each trip feel different. ☺️ I’m always excited to put together something special for you and love a challenge!”

💚 I’m a huge foodie at heart and love discovering authentic local flavours - from cosy cafés hidden away in Scandinavian cities to fresh seafood enjoyed by the water🦞. When I’m not exploring new cuisines, you’ll usually find me out hiking, while taking in breathtaking scenery ⛰️ or seeking out a classical concert or opera recital.

😍 I’m especially drawn to the beauty of the Swedish Archipelago Islands, the dramatic landscapes of the Norwegian fjords, and the vibrant energy of Scandinavian cities - especially Copenhagen! “Hi, I’m Mecia. I joined Nordic Experience in 2019 – I always loved the look of Scandinavia and have become more obsessed with it since I have been part of the company. 😊

🗺️ I have travelled both on FAM’s & on my own holidays to Iceland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Norway. 🇮🇸 Iceland was incredible visiting both Reykjavik on one occasion & Akureyri most recently, with the new direct Easyjet flight which operates over the winter.

It’s safe to say however I am Norway obsessed 😊 My last trip was this month, which was my 7th time in Norway. It involved some time in Lofoten – in my opinion one of the most stunning places in Norway! 🏔️ As well as an itinerary in the South travelling from Stavanger to Kristiansand; this took me by surprise as this is a region less well known but also stunningly beautiful – gorgeous coastlines, typical Norwegian fishing huts & villages as well as dramatic landscapes. 🏞️
