I am amazed, all those people who were levelling accusations against me with vile posts on this site have suddenly lost their voices now that a liquidator has been appointed. I look forward to the apologies that should follow, however I'm not holding my breath!!!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT VISION GETAWAYS LIQUIDATION

This announcement effects all guests of Vision Getaways who were booked on Holidays and Daytrips and lost money as a result of the closure of the business.

Could all guests who booked holidays, Deposits or Holidays paid in full, make sure that a claim has been lodged with Towergate henceforth. Now that the liquidator has been appointed Towergate should pay out without any problems.

You can claim through Towergate Chapman Stevens using the following details:- Tel:01932 334140 I believe this number is rarely answered so it would be better to e-mail at [email protected] or to write to:- Towergate Travel, 3000 Hillswood Drive, Hillswood Business Park, Chertsey, Surrey KT16 0RS

For all guests who had booked daytrips and who lost money please contact your Credit Card Company in the first instance, giving them the name of the Liquidator (though this is irrelevant because under the ‘Charge Back Scheme’ no liquidator is needed) if you have proof of purchase that is all you need. For all guests who paid by Debit Card please contact your Bank in the first instance or the Liquidator direct.

Sad News, P&O Ferries have today ceased all sailings and all ships have been told to remain in port. They are also making 800 crew redundant with immediate effect. It looks like P&O Ferries could well be in big trouble! This does not impact on P&O Cruises who are a totally different entity owned by Carnival Corporation.
