I've written a blog - I've been neglecting my website! I started writing about Arctic Cranberry Extract, which I knew was amazing, but went down a rabbit hole about just how amazing it actually is! That led me to finding out more, so I did some training about the skin barrier, (my next blog).

Good evening lovely people - I'm still here but not yet recovered. I am still unable to do treatments - those of you who know me, know how much this bothers me! I promise that I am doing everything I can to get back to work - seeing GP and regular visits with an amazing physiotherapist Popping painkillers like there's no tomorrow - I've never taken so many in my life. I was doing the excerises reommended by Carmen, until I started experiencing Vertigo - I mean.... give me a break!!!! It's also effecting the skincare side of the business, but more on that tomorrow. (I have made steps to rectify that!)
