Had a maintenance day at the house today, making sure it’s all up to scratch for our lovely summer holiday visitors!
We have also added this fantastic barrel style barbecue AND a fire pit in the upper level - we think it looks great and hope you agree! 😍

Don’t forget to pack your marshmallows! 🔥

We are now fully booked until September but the weather is still fantastic then so check the diary and come visit! 💕

Mike and I had a lovely long weekend at Castle Hill Lodge!

Enjoyed lovely walks each day at the beach or coastal path and introducing our new rescue dog Luna to all things North Devon. She was a big fan of the log burner in the house! 🌊 💕

Whatever the weather, it’s such a pleasure to be in the house. We even were treated to this gorgeous rainbow after a rain downpour!

2022 has been a fab year for hearing all about your adventures whilst staying at the house.

We still have a couple of midweek breaks for Nov & Dec plus Christmas!!! (NYE booked) and plenty of weekends for the start of 2023. It’s the perfect place to blow the cobwebs away and then snuggle up infront of the log burner whilst staring out to sea 😍

Wow, wow, wow! 😍😍

And just like that our WEEKENDS are FULLY BOOKED until September 2022! So very, very grateful to all of our *wonderful* guests and return guests that have booked in!

Do not worry Folks! There is still a chance to get a visit in to Castle Hill Lodge before the Summer is out (although, this house has been designed to be enjoyed in all seasons - cosy log burner after fresh winter walks anyone?? 🙋‍♀️ ) we still have some midweek stays still available from March - June!

Although no-one likes to think past the summer, why not get your winter break booked in early to not miss out and have something lovely to look forward to!

When you are directly on the coastal path, with uninterrupted sea views with beaches and pubs all in walking distance the staycation is the new vacation!

WFH - work from home or is it ‘work’ from Holiday (can it be classed as work with a view like this?) Has to be one of the most prettiest WFH views we’ve ever seen!

Cannot wait to hear more of your experiences at the house for 2022. We still have a couple of weekends left in Jan and Feb 2022. It’s the perfect place to beat the winter blues - cosy log burner, comfy sofas, long winter walks and sea views…does it get any better!
