On one level, the accommodation comprises a huge 70m2 living/kitchen room with bifold doors leading out to a large terrace with dining table and chairs. The lounge area has a 65" wall mounted Smart tV with full Sky/BT package. There is a modern woodburner for the winter months and 3 seater chaise leather sofa with 2 leather reclining chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 built in ovens and

microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board and access to a tumble drier. There are 2 bedrooms, both with sea views. The main bedroom has super king size bed and fitted wardrobes with dressing table and direct access to shower room with large walk in electric shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and en suite faciltities with shower over bath. There is also a large dining room with views across the moor, 2 armchairs and dining seating for 6 with another woodburning stove. Moorlands to Sea offers a mix of old and new to suit all tastes. The property is very dog friendly with 3 dogs welcome and no restrictions on where they go. There is a large enclosed and private garden with uninterrupted sea and moor views, 1 metre high fencing and a firepit with tripod bbq. Private parking for 2 cars. There are direct walks in every direction along the coastal path or across the moorland and yet it is a 5 minute drive to all facilities in Combe Martin village. Our local pub is the Hunters Inn Exmoor which is a 5 minute drive the other way in the Heddon Valley. Combe Martin has a shingle dog friendly beach and it is a 20 minute drive to award winning Woolacombe Beach with miles of golden sand.

A double bedroom has superking size bed with memory foam topper and direct access to bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and en suite faciltities with shower over bath. There is also a dining room with views across the moor and seating for 6 and woodburning stove. Moorlands to Sea offers a mix of old and new to suit all tastes. The property is very dog friendly and they will enjoy the 1/4 acre enclosed garden with uninterrupted sea views and a firepit.
