Calling all bikers looking for a biker friendly campsite near the Peak District!
Yes its a tad wet at the moment but at Avona Escapes we have a dry room so you don't need to put on soggy bike gear 😃
At just £10 a night, per person we offer beautiful views, firepits, BBQs, a charging station for your mobiles or power banks, clean toilets and showers, Alpacas, Peacocks and a child free campsite.
Our postcode is CW12 3QG and we are surrounded by the most amazing, twisty bike roads, Matlock Bath, Snakes Pass, Cat & Fiddle and Buxton are all within a hour or less.
If you are collecting Bike and Brew Passport Event stamps we have a planned route that will get you 8 stamps in one day, we also have other routes which will take you on beautiful roads around the Peak District. 😀😀

What a gorgeous weekend on the campsite ☀️🏕️

Loads of happy campers, lovely groups of bikers, amazing conversations, sunshine, BBQ smells drifting through the air, and some absolutely incredible vehicles turning up too 😍

A big shoutout to Pete as well, who works on site and is loved by everyone who stays here. He’s been making sure everyone had logs and anything else they needed all weekend, always happy to help and keeping the good vibes going 🤠

We had this beast of a converted RV all the way from Germany, a converted ambulance camper, and loads of other amazing setups that were fantastic to see 😌✨

Seeing everyone relaxed, socialising, and enjoying the weather together has just been such a lovely vibe all weekend

We’ve also been blown away by the amazing feedback from campers and guests staying in our pods — it honestly means so much hearing how much people are enjoying their stay ❤️
