Low Quay Cottage is a luxurious holiday cottage located on Seaview Terrace, a small row of original, stone fisherman’s cottages inside the mediaeval walls of Conwy. Within short walking distance of local shops, eateries, Conwy Castle and Conwy Quay. The location and property are hard to beat for a staycation in North Wales. m and welcoming open-plan living-kitchen area with a sitting area with woodburner, and separate coastal themed dining area conservatory. Upstairs has master bedroom with comfortable king-size bed and built in wardrobes, a well equipped bathroom with shower and second bedroom with full sized bunkbeds. A south facing enclosed rear courtyard garden to the rear offers outdoor seating, an outside tap for washing wetsuits, welly boots or dirty paws after exploring Conwy’s beaches or countryside castle walks. If the evenings get cooler, retreat inside to enjoy the benefit of the woodburning stove. This Conwy cottage sleeps four, making it a superb base for couples, family and friends, at any time of the year. Low Quay Cottage is located within the medieval wall of the historic coastal town, Conwy in North Wales. It is a World Heritage Site, noted for its architectural and historical heritage. The quaint streets of this small town is bustling with historical attractions, independent shops, restaurants and hotels. Conwy Castle was built for King Edward I between 1283 and 1287, and is distinguished as one of the most remarkable achievements of medieval military architecture. The town has an array of annual events, fairs, as well as festivals, including Pirate weekend (May), Honey Fair (Sept), & fireworks and a visit from Father Christmas on Christmas Eve (Dec). Conwy is an easily accessible location for exploring popular tourist destinations such as Snowdonia National Park, Llandudno (the charming Victorian holiday resort with pier) and day trips to beautiful Welsh countryside & sandy beaches. Accommodation comprises over two floors:
- One king-size master bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds & separate bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
- Open-plan living area with woodburning stove and kitchen, separate dining room and south facing outside area
- Electric heating and woodburning stove.
- Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV &, WiFi.
- Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove included.
- Bed linen and towels included
- Parking for one small car available but not guaranteed, additional parking available nearby.
- One small, well-behaved dog welcome, for additional fee.
- Little ones pack including travel cot, high chair and stair gate available for additional fee. Bookings available Fri-Sun (3 days) Mon-Friday (4 days) or Fri-Fri (7 days). Full payment on booking (100% refundable up to 30days of stay), plus refundable Deposit of £150 to cover potential damage (returned after property inspection).
