WATCH TILL THE END 😂🐬

I was casually waffling away to the camera... again...

And then, almost on cue… almost like i planned it?!

Obviously my immediate response was:
OH WOW. I did that. I made the dolphin jump. 😂

This is basically what happens when I forget I’m recording and start talking absolute rubbish to myself on the boat.

But the timing on this one was just perfect

We’ve had some incredible bottlenose dolphin sightings around Conwy Bay and the North Wales coast recently, and moments like this are exactly why we love being out on the water.

Wildlife is wild, nothing is ever guaranteed…
But apparently I’ve unlocked a new skill. 😎

What a night! 🌅🐬

We headed out last night and were treated to an absolutely cracking sunset over the North Wales coast… and then it got even better.

A small pod of bottlenose dolphins appeared and started jumping and playing around the boat. Moments like this are exactly why we love being out on the water so much.

You can never guarantee wildlife, but when the conditions, sunset and dolphins all come together like this, it’s pretty hard to beat.

Another unforgettable evening in Conwy Bay. 💙

Why do we do this every day? 🌊🐬

Because we genuinely love it.

There’s something pretty special about heading out of Conwy, never quite knowing what the sea is going to give you that day. And when dolphins appear alongside the boat, bow riding, jumping and playing around us… it never gets old.

Dolphins have always been one of our favourite animals, and this is a brilliant time of year to be out exploring Conwy Bay and the North Wales coast, with some incredible sightings happening recently.

Of course, dolphins are completely wild and sightings can never be guaranteed — and that’s exactly what makes encounters like this so special.

Our trips aren’t just about getting from A to B. They’re about exploring Conwy Bay, the Great Orme, Puffin Island, Anglesey and the wider North Wales coastline, looking for wildlife and showing you this incredible part of Wales from a completely different perspective.

This is why we started AquaTour.
This is why we’re out there every day.
And this is why we still get just as excited as you do when that first fin appears. 🐬💙

Crew Transfer | M.T. Brisote – Llandudno

A slightly different job for the AquaTour team recently, completing an offshore crew transfer for M.T. Brisote off Llandudno as part of their crew rotation.

This is one of the parts of AquaTour that people don’t always see. Alongside our passenger trips, our coded workboats are available for a growing range of commercial marine operations across North Wales and the Irish Sea.

Recent projects have included:
Crew transfer operations
Dive support off North Anglesey
Seine netting surveys supporting wider conservation and environmental projects
Film & TV safety boat and marine support work in Porth Wen, Rhos-on-Sea and Conwy

We love getting involved with interesting projects on the water, and we’re always keen to work with new contractors, survey teams and marine operators.

🎉 Congratulations Rohan!

A big congratulations to AquaTour crew member Rohan on completing his RYA Powerboat Level 2 certificate! 🚤👏

Another qualification under his belt and another step forward as he builds his skills and experience on the water.

A massive thank you as well to our relief skipper Mike at North Wales Power and Sail for having Rohan on the course and helping him through it.

Great to see our crew progressing, learning and gaining more qualifications along the way 💪🌊

Well done to Arabella , Tom and Rohan who successfully completed their RYA PB2 course today with North Wales Power and Sail. Over the two days each student practiced various skills including MOB recovery , picking up mooring buoys , anchoring and manoeuvring within a marina environment all under the watchful guidance of Mike Green Principal and Chief Instructor.
