MEET THE TEAM! Today we meet Mark Chettle aka Chett!
Chett has been with us for a few years now and when not at work he loves painting, walking and going to the cinema. If he could take a month off he would travel around the far east including Indonesia. His karaoke song is “What a wonderful world” but he has to have had a couple of drinks first! Chett’s random fact is that you can’t block your nose and hum at the same time! (How many of you are trying this now! Say Hi to Chett!

It was a very busy weekend for the team with all hands on deck for the IoW Pop Festival.

Wight Scene stood in as the relief boat on Wightlink's Ryde to Portsmouth foot passenger service on Thurs, Friday and Monday, whilst Jenny Lee acted as a ferry boat throughout the weekend operating from Cowes, Red Funnel terminal to the Island Harbour at Binfield, providing a unique service to take some strain off the busy roads to Newport.

Fortunately the weather played ball and a great time was had by all. Lovely to meet so many people, see you again next year.

MEET THE TEAM! Today we meet Henry (also known as Henry the 1st as we now have another Henry working for us). Henry has been part of the team since March 2024. When not at work he loves to play Cricket. His favourite meal is steak and chips. Henry says he is a night owl and his go to karaoke song is Sweet Caroline. If Henry could swap jobs with anyone for a day he would like to be Prime Minister! If he had a time machine he would go back to the 80's as he thinks he should have been born in that decade! When asked if he knew a random fact he said that a group of Flamingos is called a Flamboyance. Very random indeed! Meet Henry........
