Bus stop 1 minute walk away.

💫 Offering a comfortable, modern, double room with double bed that has under bed storage, mirror, TV, small fridge, clothes hanger, iron, hairdryer, desk, chair, central heating, rotary fan, additional wall heater & complimentary WIFI.

💫 Shared kitchen - pots, pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery, range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, kettle.

💫 Shared bathroom - comprising of toilet, a bath with shower (continuous hot water) towels, soap and toilet roll.

💫 Garden - Patio dining area, decked lounge area, BBQ (Smoking is permitted outside only) and rotary washing lines.
