Ever wondered how Easter Island got its name? 🗿

On Easter Sunday in 1722, a Dutch explorer landed on a remote island in the South Pacific and named it Easter Island – simply because of the day he arrived!

Known for its mysterious moai statues and rich Polynesian culture, Rapa Nui (as the locals call it) is far more than just a holiday name. It’s a place where ancient history meets breathtaking scenery.
