Hanoi, Vietnam spotlight ๐ป๐ณ
Our first stop on the trip, and you are instantly immersed into the culture and hustle and bustle. There is such a buzz around the streets when you walk around, with so many shops, cafes and restaurants to weave in and out of. Here is one of the best places to get cheap goods and practice your haggling with local vendors.
๐ Train street - this was such an experience, to have the train just inches away from us! We do definitely have some tips for you if your visiting here
๐ต Bikes - there are motorbikes everywhere, always! But this was at a local cafe spot and we sat and just watched the world go by. Crossing the street here is definitely all part of the experience
๐ป Hanoi beers, so good and refreshing in the heat, you can grab a beer and take it with you while you wander round, the fact these are around 50-80p makes the UK seem extortionate!
โฉ๏ธ Temple of Literature, this was fascinating, quite a large place to wander round and you can get a scroll painted here too
โ๏ธ Egg coffee - this actually originated in Hanoi, so we went to the first ever cafe who came up with the idea, this started our love for them for the rest of our trip!
๐ฅ Banh Mi is a filled baguette, usually with a variety of fillings to choose from, this and a beer normally cost around ยฃ1.50-ยฃ1.70 so this was our go to for lunches!

Getting my nails done, this is the nicest set Iโve ever had, I got these and a pedicure for ยฃ25, and I canโt recommend this enough!
