So today I completed my longest marathon training run 33.33kms running from Brecon via the canal to Gilwern and back to Glangrwyney Village Hall. Taking my total run this month to 130.5 miles (210kms).
I had wonderful support along the way from members of our fantastic Crickhowell Running Club. I would be delighted if you could also show your support for the charity I am running the London Marathon for, St David's Hospice Care. We lost one of our dear young running club members in January and St David's were so good to her.
