New for the summer, we’re really excited to announce we’ll be launching Nightwater down on the promenade.

With some of the best food vans in the East of England, a relaxed and chilled-out vibe, the bar open and the sea shimmering in the background, Nightwater is going to be the perfect place to spend the balmy summer evenings.

We’ve got loads of options for everyone with regular themed nights running throughout six weeks:

Mondays: Traditional Zulu and South African recipes from - “Fantastic, spicy mix of flavours on wonderful dishes” 🇿🇦

Tuesdays: Caribbean flavours with – “An amazing range of freshly prepared food, genuinely homemade by the proprietors” 🇯🇲

Wednesdays: We’re off to California with – “Amazing, full of flavour and filling. not to mention very friendly and kind staff” 🇺🇸

Thursdays: Slice to meet you! are the finest around. “Incredible! So delicious!” 🍕

Fridays: You’ve never seen hot-dogs like . “Fantastic food and great banter as well!” 🌭

Saturdays: Our own fabulous team create amazing special dishes. 😋

Sundays: Big pan paella from the masters: “Paella was absolutely amazing… wowzers it tasted soooooo good” 🥘

We’ll also have the incredible popping up throughout the summer too! “Food is fantastic – 10 out of 10 every time!” 🇹🇭

Whitewater open as usual during the day, then Nightwater kicks in at 5pm EVERY DAY from starting 18th July.
