Christmas wreath course.
This will involve a walk, talk and gather of the materials to be used and to learn the mythology and folklore of them.
Once we've collected the bits, we'll have sweet chestnuts and a brew, over a fire and commence crafting.

Another expensive trip to the vets averted. Dawn had a rash on her belly which was causing discomfort. Some chamomile tea plus hedgerow herbs with anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, antihistamine properties, brewed up and left to cool. I gently rubbed the cold teabags on the spot and it's getting better every day.
Same chemicals as the crap they peddle. Old ways are the best.

It has occurred to me that other than foraging, I don't promote my other skills. One in particular is tracking and this is great for photographers looking to get that unique wildlife shot.
I can teach you to recognise and age the field signs, how to follow the trails through differing terrains, how to blend in and get up close enough to not disturb. It's an ancient skill not practised enough.

This subject will blow your mind!

Please take into consideration that my companion Dawn accompanies on all walks and courses. She's a 13yr old Collie rescue and is incredibly gentle and friendly. There's no negotiation on her being excluded so, if you don't like dogs, we are not for you. I can, however, recommend other dog-free providers.
