What an incredible weekend for The Holland Group! We celebrated the 20th Anniversary of the Dartmouth Food Festival in style, with every event fully booked and all apartments at capacity. The festivities offered something for everyone—from an elegant Bollinger evening with celebrated chefs Michael Caines and Elly Wentworth, to lively children’s cake decorating sessions on the Coastal Trail, and even sea shanties on the Embankment Terrace. It was truly a packed weekend, and we had an unforgettable time!

A huge thank you goes to the Dartmouth Food Festival volunteers, whose dedication made this event the best yet. We couldn’t have done it without you, and we’re so grateful to everyone who joined us, as well as our outstanding team, who worked tirelessly all weekend. We’re already looking forward to next year and can’t wait to make it even bigger and better at The Holland Group!

🎓 What You'll Do:
Develop engaging content for restaurants, leisure shop, and holiday apartments
Create captivating visuals through photography and videography
Manage and curate content for social media channels
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations team
Foster a sense of community through online platforms

📚 Training & Qualification:
Weekly taught sessions at South Devon College
Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths
Qualification gained: Level 3 Content Creator

🚀 What to Expect:
Hands-on training and mentorship
Exposure to diverse aspects of the hospitality business

🌐 Requirements & Prospects:
Communication and IT skills
Teamworking and creativity
Basic knowledge of photography
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths desired

Applicants with a genuine interest in Digital Marketing and Content Creation
Essential basic knowledge of photography, videography, and social media platforms
Hourly wage: £6.50 per hour
