I’ve been rather inactive on my accounts the past couple of weeks, really I’m just trying to refocus my mind and sort out my priorities. Faith is becoming such a big part of my life now, the more I read and learn and pray the more exciting and fulfilling it’s becoming. It feels life giving, purposeful, motivating and wholesome and I want to give it as much room as possible to grow👏🏼

I still love travel but I feel like the business side of things are distracting my brain from the actual travel planning and preparation so I think I just need to take a little step back. A step back from social media and other people’s travel experiences, it’s great to support others and learn and get inspiration but I think there’s a very fine line between that and then jealously and comparison of your own life which just isn’t healthy🤦🏼‍♀️

I want to be healthier too, mentally and physically, i’m preparing to go backpacking next year which will involve a hella lot of walking and so far all I’ve done to prepare is lie in my bed and look at other people doing it on my phone and now i’m in a place where I can actually break that habit I can see how unhelpful and toxic it is and I need change✋🏼

For so many years I’ve got very upset at the idea of becoming an adult and having to take on adult responsibilities and whatever but I never even anticipated this side of it, the mental changes. The shift in priorities and habits, the maturity, it feels good and right and I know it’s something that has come with age and with some serious soul searching and therefore i’m grateful 🙏🏼

I encourage all of you to start doing the same, too many of us cling on to our sesh lives and are terrified of growing up but we don’t have to be, I know that now. In other news PASTA THURSDAYS START AGAIN TONIGHT AHH! Finally will have all my favourite people back in my house eating out favourite food and in our new and improved beautiful back yard wooo 🙌🏼

Compared to bumblebees, honeybees have a smaller and less rounded shape. Whilst the Queens can sometimes reach 20mm in length, honeybees are commonly under 15mm long have a dark brown shade to their stripes instead of pure black.

Honey bees are only active between April and October, which is not because they hibernate. Instead, during cold months, honeybees cluster together within their nests to stay warm and survive from the shared food supply.

Most worker bees and drones naturally die just before wintertime. Only winter worker bees and the Queen Bee will hibernate.

Honeybees have fairly structured and organised nests made up of hexagonal shaped cells. On the other hand, bumblebees live in a reasonably unorganised environment with no apparent structure. This is because honeybee hives can home up to 50,000 bees and bumble hives only 400!
