Travel Assist Services Ltd are pleased to confirm that after several months of planning both Blackburn with Darwen Council and Lancashire County Council have approved our proposed changes to local bus services.
The improvements will provide:
🚌 A new stand-alone 6 day service, Darwen - Crowthorn - Edgeworth - Lea Gate - Bradshaw - Bury circular service (Will Remain The TA02)
🚌 Better reliability and operational resilience
🚌 Continued links to healthcare, employment and local amenities
🚌 Improved long-term sustainability of local bus services
This is a positive outcome for local communities and helps safeguard important transport connections for the future.
