Are you interested in renting a 2 bed chalet, sleeping 2 adults and 2 children, in Dawlish Warren, in Devon?
No pets and no smokers.
Prices:
Peak (school holidays) £800 per week
Off peak £500 per week
Long weekends (3 nights) off peak £250

Reception adults are £6 and children are £4 each.
On-site has multiple pools; a sports pool, toddler pool, fun pool (with bubble plate, bench spa jets and a waterfall) and a whirlpool bath pool. See picture of the fun pool, taken from the welcome family website below.
The club house, is usually accessible for private owners, and their guests, after certain times in the evening (in school holidays this is usually after 9pm) but it is usually free to private owners and their guests after the time restricted period, usually 6pm.
The club house has a sports bar area and huge entertainment programme.
The restricted times alter depending on how busy the site is. Guests should assume accessing the clubhouse on site isn’t possible or at least isn’t until 9pm.
There are two fantastic club houses on neighbouring sites at Hazelwood and Dawlish Sands. Both are less than a 3 minute walk from the chalet door and free entry currently with very reasonable bar prices.
The clubhouse at Dawlish Sands is fairly new and has a small amusements area, a pool table, outside children’s play area for under 8s and is really nice.
Hazelwood is a little more dated in decor but have fantastic entertainment line up.
The main attraction to staying in the chalet is the 8 min walk to the beach. Dawlish Warren is just stunning.
There are nice pubs nearby, the Anchor Inn at Cockwood Harbour is gorgeous and the food is fab. The Boathouse is more your standard pub grub but the views are amazing from the upper floor.
We ask you bring your own towels and bedding covers (2 standard singles on the bunks and 1 double bed) and clean at the end of your stay (cleaning products, vacuum, mop etc are all there).
It is about the same size as a 2 bed static caravan and cleaning shouldn’t take more than 20mins.
You can hire sheets, duvet covers etc directly from the site to make your trip easier.
They also hire lots of additional equipment eg bed guards for young children.
The chalet has all the necessary electric Certs, PAT testing, smoke alarms etc. Please note because we are safety conscious, you cannot let a child younger than 6 sleep in the top bunk!
There is an on-site laundrette - less than 1 min walk from our door and you can buy tumble dryer and washing machine tokens from reception (the machines have the liquid dispensed in them so don’t need to take your own washing liquid). The laundrette also has an iron and ironing board and is coin operated. A wash token is £5 from reception and the dryers take 50p, £1 and £2 coins and it costs approx £5 to dry a large wash.
Parking on site is free and there are usually spaces within 100m of the front door.
Anyone with a disability can hire a parking cone for the property with a refundable £20 deposit from reception.
