The Hidden House is a lovely 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, period property that’s big enough for families & groups, but cosy enough for a couple, close to the centre of the lovely Devon seaside town of Dawlish. With a good size, enclosed garden and patio, views over the hills and just a stone’s throw from the centre of Dawlish, it’s the perfect for base for week by the sea, a walking holiday or a relax

ing long weekend. Features:
- 3 bedrooms - 1 king size, 1 double, 2 sets of bunks (so 4 beds) & a double sofa bed in the min living space
- The house sleeps a maximum of 10 adults (if you're willing to sleep in a bunk!). Just be aware that there are only 6 adult sized dining chairs, so if you're part of a large group hoping to have sit down meals of an evening, it might not be the house for you.
- We have two travel cots and two high chairs as well as child friendly crockery and child locks on the cupboards. Please note though that there isn't a stairgate.
- a large enclosed garden and outdoor store which is perfect for housing prams, boogie boards, inflatables etc.
- There is free on street parking although it can be hard to find a space. Don't worry though, no one minds you blocking the road to unload (it happens all the time). You can then always find a free space a few roads away.
- The house is easy walking distance to shops (the nearest is a minute walk away), cafes, the riverside and sea as well as the train station.

February half term dipping!

Been blown away by how lovely it’s been in Dawlish this week.

Pretty decent weather, no crowds, lovely sea and just a generally calm atmosphere. Highly recommend!
