Our quaint one bedroom top floor apartment is situated at the fantastic Welcome Family Holiday Park with convenient parking right outside our door.

The site has everything that you and your family could need, from kids clubs and tropical styled swimming pools to shops, food outlets and a fantastic range of evening entertainment.

Located in Dawlish Warren we are just a short walk from the seafront, beaches and bustling town where you can hop on the coastal train for a few miles to Dawlish and then onwards down the coast to Teignmouth, Torquay and beyond.

Just two miles north of Dawlish Warren is the ferry port of Starcross where you can hop on a boat for short (20 minute) journey across to Exmouth and Sandy Bay, all for around £6 return.
