Firstly, we had a fantastic long weekend exploring France recently. Some of you may have seen my trusty cabin bag making an appearance on social media! Itโs a great reminder that travel doesnโt always have to cost the earth. With flights available from as little as ยฃ50 per person and a well-packed cabin bag, you can avoid many of the extra luggage costs and enjoy a fantastic European city break for less than you might spend on a weekend away here in the UK.
Over the coming weeks, Iโll be sharing some of the lesser-known places we discovered, including the beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne, which was an absolute highlight of the trip. If youโve been thinking about a quick getaway, now is a great time to start planning!

This month has seen us creating some amazing self-touring itineraries across Japan, putting together plenty of Italy multi-centre holidays, booking lots of Caribbean sunshine escapes, and arranging city breaks galore. Itโs been brilliant to see so many people getting excited about their upcoming travels.
As we move into June, travel is really starting to pick up, and weโre looking forward to helping even more of you make memories this summer.
There are still some ongoing situations in parts of the Middle East, but at present these are not causing major disruption to most travel plans. As always, weโre keeping a close eye on developments and working with our partners to reroute or adjust plans where needed to keep everything running smoothly.
A little reminder too โ weโre in the shop all of this week, so if you have any outstanding enquiries, quotes or holiday plans youโd like us to finalise, please get in touch. Weโd love to get as many of those completed for you this week as possible before the summer season gets even busier.
June is also going to be an exciting month for us personally! We do have a couple of short trips planned, and we have a very special birthday coming up within the CLS Travel family. Mr Stege is approaching a rather significant milestone birthday, so keep your eyes peeledโฆ we have something very exciting planned in Europe that weโll be sharing with you soon! ๐โ๏ธ
Whilst weโre away, itโs very much business as usual. Weโll be keeping a close eye on all our customers travelling throughout June, making sure you have everything you need before departure and providing support while youโre away, so you can travel with confidence.
