Whilst we were experiencing the total eclipse, it really did make me realise just how frightening that must have been for our ancestors.

One minute we were in bright sunshine and then the sun was covered up.

Until the actual totality, there wasn't much difference without being able to see it with the glasses, so it would have been such a shock.

Norfolk Tours was a long way from home today, for the eclipse and would you believe, after such amazing blue skies, the haze came down just at the wrong time.
