VERIFIED CUSTOMER REVIEW

We are currently here for a weeks holiday staying in squirrel cottage. The cottage is lovely very clean and very well equipped with a large garden. There are 5 of us 2 adults and 3 children and there is lots of space.

The site is so lovely very well kept and clean and lovely to walk round. It's one of the nicest sites we have stayed on.

Only thing missing is a little shop but Aldi Tesco and Lidl are literally a couple of mins drive down the road but after a long day out it would be nice to have a little shop to pop to if you have run out of bread etc.

we would defo come back it's so peaceful been here since Saturday and barely seen any other people around the site. The kids don't want to leave on Saturday and we have had lovely weather so far which is a bonus.

Highly recommend this lovely holiday park.

BEAUTIFUL LODGE IT IS ALSO LOCATED ON A DETACHED PITCH

The Atlas Wisteria 40/20 2 bedrooms at Yaxham Waters Holiday Park. This beautiful lodge it is also located on a detached pitch with fantastic views. The lodge is ideal for fishing and in a great location for walking and has ample parking for 2 cars.

The lodge has a tailor made veranda and a hot tub if you wish! There are French window doors at the front of the lodge that lead directly onto the veranda. All the furniture is free standing and the front of the lodge feels so airy and spacious.

The kitchen is fitted with all the modern appliances you need and leading from the kitchen is your very own utility room with sink and washer drier.

The lounge has 2 free standing sofas and a large TV area with loads of storage. The dining room has all free standing furniture and even a display cabinet ideal for showing family pictures etc.

The main bedroom has its very own en suite and a walk in wardrobe. The spare room has 2 adult sized single beds and again plenty of storage. The main bathroom has a full length bath/shower toilet and basin.

As with all our holiday lodges you can use it solely for you and your friends or you could use our rental system and help cover your annual bills.
Or as an investment this is how this works:-
Purchase the lodge for £170,000. You are guaranteed a 5% return per year of the sales price which is £8,500. That equates to £708 per month for 60 months (5 years) which would be £42,500 over the full term.

UNDER THE INVESTMENT PLAN YOU PAY NO SITE FEESS, NO WATER, NO GAS, NO ELECTRIC. All you have to do is choose your 5 weeks holiday (ts & cs apply)
