Halloween Fireworks Display – Strabane 2024 🎆

River Mourne, Strabane, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland

Each year I eagerly await our annual fireworks show to celebrate Halloween. It’s the one night per year where there’s a ten-minute window of opportunity to capture these stunning fireworks. If it’s raining heavily or too windy, then we must sadly wait another year 🥹

However… weather “played ball” tonight and what a fantastic fireworks show from Strabane 🤩 I’m so chuffed for such a small town’s large effort. It certainly did not disappoint this year once again! Thank you Derry City & Strabane District Council for another amazing event. Much appreciated folks 👏

* The Craigavon Bridge, looking towards the Waterside in the 1960s. Looks a much more lively place then. Thanks to Ryan Neeson for sharing this image.
