The English language and vocational training college located on Magazine Street, who have been receiving international students for over 20 years, is now offering a ‘Life Long Learning Programme’ to local people. This mobility project offers a chance for people to travel a

broad and work in tourism and events positions in the EU. The project aims to provide job seekers or trainees with a unique opportunity to enhance their skills on an internship in another European country. The programme, funded by European grants, aims to foster greater working mobility within Europe. This once in a lifetime opportunity to live and work overseas is not to be missed! We had our international placement students Hanna (German) and Natalia (Spanish) and North West Regional College student Laura out and about yesterday in Lisnagalvin shopping centre, promoting the TMC Project. They even had schnitzels and tortilla for the customers to try. They will be moving to the city centre very soon. Keep an eye out for them. Go and talk to them and REGISTER YOUR INTEREST for the project.

NEW LOCATIONS FOR TMC PROJECT JAN 2014

Our new locations for our 13 week TMC Programmes will be .... Berlin, Seville and Malta.

The project offers local people, the opportunity to travel to one of these amazing cities in Europe and complete a work training programme. Applicants need to have a willingness to learn, currently unemployed and have an interest in tourism & events. This programme is fully funded through the European Union so you have nothing to pay.
