LEGAL WARNING – CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE

Registered in England & Wales.
To Whom It May Concern,
This is a final and formal warning to desist forthwith and stop making or distributing any false, defamatory, or harassing remarks regarding me or my company.
Critical clarification:
Diyar Al Harmain Travel & Tours LTD is only registered in England and Wales. We do not have, own, or operate any other company by the same or similar name in any other foreign nation. Any other company anywhere else with a similar name is not associated with us in any way.
We have discovered that individuals – but not restricted to administrators of WhatsApp groups and managers of other travel firms – have posted my name, my personal telephone number, and my company's name on WhatsApp, social media, and other websites with the express purpose of damaging our credibility and reputation.
You are hereby informed of the following:
1. Defamation
Publishing or communicating false facts that damage someone's or a company's reputation is defamation under the Defamation Act 2013. This is both written (libel) and verbal (slander). The parties are liable personally.
2. Harassment
Under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, it is a criminal offence to pursue a course of conduct amounting to harassment, e.g., vengeful abuse via WhatsApp, social media, or other web-based networks. Repeated harassment will result in legal proceedings.
3. Wrongful Use of Public Electronic Communications Network
Under Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003, it is an offence to send indecent, obscene, menacing, or offensive messages via communication networks like WhatsApp and Facebook.
4. Data Protection Breach
Sharing my personal data (for instance, my name or phone number) without authority would violate the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, which both have civil and criminal penalties.
Action Required Immediately
• Removing all harassing and defamatory material about me or my business from all media.
• Publishing a public apology and retraction on the same media upon which false material has been made available.
• Avoiding use or disclosure of my business or personal information without my express written permission.
Refusal will result in taking legal action with no notice. This may include claims for damages, court injunctions, and notification to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
This warning is recorded and will be used as evidence should legal proceedings be initiated.
