The large hut has a double bed, table and chairs, log burner, tea and coffee facilities and electrical lights and power sockets. The smaller hut has two bunk beds, electric lights and sockets and storage facilities. We have recently installed a composting Eco loo hand made from Welsh cedar from a small independent company in Maccynllyth and a shower room with wash hand basin. Children will love to see our collection of animals, including giant rabbits, chickens, friendly sheep and pygmy goats

Dilwyn has a thriving local pub that offers very reasonably priced food most days and sits in the middle of the historic black and white trail and the cider trail. We have a number of local National trust properties to visit and are very close to the Welsh border and easy access to the Hay Literary festival.

New Farm Shepherds Huts and Camping are pleased to be able to offer fire pit and BBQ rental...We've sourced local logs and sell them at £5 a bag...it's been a great hit so far....there's an honesty box if you have cash or you can Bacs transfer to Mark directly...hope it helps...😄

Boy, I've been shockingly lazy!!!

I've not posted for ages, but we've been busy preparing for the new camping season, which is now upon us!!! 😁

Our first fab Shepherds Huts guests have arrived for a three night break and have enjoyed some fabulous Herefordshire sunshine.

Lovely to have children helping to feed the animals in the mornings again and we celebrate some new animal arrivals since last season.

We now have seven Indian runner ducks, two chickens.... actually one turned out to be a cockerel who's starting to find his voice 😂

We have baby Olwen the pygmy goat who was born here last year and Millie the young giant continental rabbit who's keeping Benji company.

I think we have AJ expecting baby goats and 5 expectant sheep, so a busy April/May is planned.

Small local site. Clean facilities and a fantastic host who excelled Great personal family friendly campsite. Showers were clean and the kids were allowed to help feeding of the animals in the morning. Very good playground for the kids to keep them entertained and the local pub was welcoming and of

Perfect in every way! What an absolutely amazing little campsite. Simple, little mown grass pitches. Nicely spaced, but we were super lucky as the only occupants.
