Looking for a driver to cover school contract runs, driver must be over 25 for insurance purposes, hold a clean driving license and will be subject to a PVG check, approx 20-30hours a week which can be negotiated, pm for details or contact Don or Margaret to discuss, taxi or phc license not required but would be preferable as this could lead to more hours

Must be well presented, enjoy working with the public and driving

Make sure your taxi is licensed!!

When booking taxis and "lifts" this festive season, please make sure the vehicle picking you up is properly licensed!!

Taxis will have a white plate and private hire vehicles a yellow plate fixed to the rear of the vehicle with Highland Council logo, registration number, operators number and maximum passengers.

If the vehicle does not have this, they are NOT insured!!

We have identified a number of vehicles operating illegally between Dingwall and the Black Isle and have reported to the relevant authorities. Other operators may only do ONE hire within a 24 hour period without having an operators licence. This loophole will soon be closed.

All our vehicles are properly licensed and insured and we have £10 million public liability cover in place. Our drivers are also PVG cleared for some of the work we carry out.
