I’m so proud to share that Travel Counsellors has won ‘The Customer Loyalty Award’ at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards 2025! 🏆

This award means so much because it recognises what truly sets us apart - our dedication to care.

For me, that’s what being a Travel Counsellor is all about: taking the time to get to know my customers, understanding what matters most to them, and creating luxury travel
experiences that are completely personal. From that very first conversation to welcoming them home, care is at the heart of everything I do.

It’s amazing to see that commitment celebrated on a national stage, and I couldn’t be prouder to be part of such a caring, supportive community.
