Last week I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to visit the beautiful island of Guernsey, courtesy of Prestige Holidays and what an amazing day we had.

I boarded the train straight to Southampton parkway and was inside the airport with 1 minute 😀 I couldn’t believe how easy it was.
The flight itself with Aurigny was only 30 mins to Guernsey, I can’t even get to work in Christchurch in that time !

We were met at the airport and transferred to the St Pierre Park hotel for coffee and a site inspection. This 4 star hotel is surrounded by lovely gardens and has a golf course and a spa and is in a great location.

We then went down to St Peter port and got to experience a Rib ride around the neighbouring islands and see the local wildlife including Seals 🦭

We were then treated to a delicious lunch and inspection at the Old Government House hotel . Again a perfect location in the port and a wide choice of room types , all full of character.

We then went on an island your inside a safari jeep which was the perfect way to see all the beautiful scenery and learn all about Guernsey during WW2

The day ended at a gin tasting distillery at the port before travelling back for our flight back to Southampton 😀

Guernsey truly has my heart ❤️
