✨𝗘𝗴𝘆𝗽𝘁 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 🇪🇬✨

Royston’s recently been out in Egypt, taking in some of the country’s most iconic sights on a group tour – and what a trip it’s been 🌞

Starting in Cairo, he then flew down to Luxor where he explored Karnak and Luxor Temples, linked by the famous Avenue of Sphinxes – a 2km stretch lined with hundreds of statues. Walking it really gives you a feel for how grand it must’ve been thousands of years ago.

From there, it was time to slow things down with a Nile cruise ☀️ A bit of sunshine on deck before heading back out to explore the next day.

Highlights included the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut – both every bit as impressive as you’d imagine, and steeped in history.

Sailing further along the Nile, he stopped at Edfu and Kom Ombo, two incredibly well-preserved temples with their own unique stories.

Before heading home, he ticked off one final must-see – the Pyramids of Giza 🔺 Over 4,500 years old and still just as jaw-dropping in real life.

A brilliant mix of history, adventure and proper once-in-a-lifetime sights!
