📍Dromore Artisan Market 10am -3pm in the old Ulster Bank courtyard. Grab a coffee, take in the atmosphere & enjoy the artisan products & food on offer 🥯🥧🍰🧶

📍The Old Station Nursery is holding a Quiz night at the Rugby Club 7pm with raffle and prizes in aid of Cancer Focus 📝💡❓

Excitement is building for Dromore’s second Book Festival by Bridge Books 📚4th-10th May & the line up of authors, illustrators & events is incredible ✨

After the success of last years book festival, we know this is a week to look forward to in Dromore. Well done to Leslie and her team of brilliant volunteers for another fabulous line-up🍾 Aren’t we lucky to have the best bookshop in Northern Ireland in our own wee town!

☀️ Dromore ‘Spring’ Clean 🌼 this Saturday 18th April ⏰ 10am-12pm

Looking forward to catching up with our dedicated Clean-Up crew & welcoming along new faces too! I’ve booked the sunshine for this one, let’s hope it turns up this time 😅

🧹 All equipment provided 🦺 Kids really love this event, they love using the pickers and there is always a bit of competition about who can pick the most rubbish 🗑️🗑️🗑️

Past clean-ups have been so well attended & we’re grateful for all the help to make our wee town even more beautiful 🌟

History is our future in Dromore 🕰️ Ill be going for my interest in the local linen and manufacturing industries, but there is so much more to Dromore’s historic roots! The markets, the fairs, the businesses, the listed buildings (some of which are at risk), the landscape, the river and the landmarks! And YET, we have ONE brown sign that points to the mound 🙈 Let’s make a point of showing how proud we are of Dromore’s history by attending this event. See you there 😊

Exploring historical landmarks and encouraging stories of past and present help foster an appreciation for a shared heritage and a sense of community connection.

Join us at Dromore Community Centre, tomorrow Tuesday 10 March (7.00 - 8.30pm) to find out more about forming a local historic group, dedicated to preserving and celebrating Dromore’s rich history.
