Our gin schools at Walled Garden GC. We meet a great variety of people, lots of locals and then we get a group from the USA! One of these couples went for lots of floral notes, using rose petals, wild camomile and rosehips. Great on the nose, I hope they like it.... we always recommend waiting two weeks for it to meld together before drinking. Patience !!

Happy New Year from Michelle and Andrew, . On Friday night we had a great Burns Supper at Braes of . Enjoyed the haggis, the Burns recitals from the locals and a caper on the dance floor🕺.

Saturday was "hair of the dog" with Adam, for an aperitivo and cocktail tasting.

Today we are clearing the head😄
Our first clients of the year arrive next weekend so we are now in work mode! Hope to see you in 2026 for wh**ky tours and some exciting news to follow.🤫 Slainte!

Hi Folks, if you get a chance, check out magazine, Unfiltered. We held an event together in early May. Great weather, great wh**ky. It's lovely to be using some of their amazing bottlings on tour now. This 32 Yr old was something special.

Hey folks, managed to get a couple of days off for a wee jaunt to Edinburgh. Great tasting at by , loved hearing Alasdair's story and of course tasting the drams. Andrew was playing cricket the next day at Merchiston with a slight drooth! Anyway, still managed to go out for a great dinner and then a fatal last drink at Fingers Piano bar- a true institution! Now we are back to work to pay for the horrendous price of having breakfast in Edinburgh😆

Hey folks, I'm in Australia at the moment- my son is playing cricket. I'm keeping myself busy. I did a wee shift at Whipper Snapper Distillery . Lovely to meet Jimmy and his team. Really enjoyed the wh**ky masterclass, the cask strength Upshot a favourite. Some photos attached. The photos of me are in black and white, due to the fact I am very sunburnt and always a bit sweaty. It's very hot here, nae good for a peely wally Scot like me.

Fantastic round of golf at the fabulous Spey Bay Golf Course today. A true gem and the perfect example of a proper Scottish links course.
