✨ UNWIND, RECHARGE & RECONNECT AT THE MANSE ✨

🧖‍♀️ A little heat. A lot of relaxation. Your own moment of calm.

Did you know that sauna bathing is associated with a range of health and wellbeing benefits? 🤍

🌿 Why enjoy a sauna during your stay?

❤️ Support cardiovascular health – Sauna heat temporarily increases heart rate and blood flow, while regular sauna use has been associated with better cardiovascular health.

🧘 Relax & unwind – Take a break from everyday stresses and enjoy a moment of calm.

💆 Ease muscle tension – The warmth can help relax muscles and temporarily relieve stiffness and tension.

😴 Wind down before bed – Enjoy a peaceful moment to help you relax and prepare for a restful night.

✨ Make time for yourself – Slow down, switch off and enjoy a little well-deserved self-care.

Whether you’re enjoying a romantic escape, a family break or a weekend with friends, our sauna is another little luxury to make your stay extra special.

At The Manse, it’s all about those little extras. Take a deep breath, feel the warmth and leave the outside world behind. 🌿

🤍 Your escape. Your time. Your wellbeing.

📍 The Manse Holiday Home — where relaxation is part of the experience.
