The Summerhouse near Bennar Beach

Dog friendly Summerhouse lodge, sleeping 2, 1/2 mile from the stunning Benar Beach with its miles of sand and sand dunes.

Own garden with outside seating, barbie etc + use of 1/2 acre field. Open plan studio with kitchen and separate bathroom with shower The Summerhouse and Hut near Benar Beach are two, dog friendly, self-contained holiday lets that can be booked separately for 1-2 people or together for a group up to 4 people. They are just over 1/2 mile from Benar beach with its' miles of sand and sand dunes, 5 mil

es north of Barmouth, with a couple of local shops, fish and chips, restaurant and lovely village pub by the Ysgethin River 10 min walk away with easy access into the woods and hills beyond. The Hut is a brand new Shepherds Hut in ½ acre of field, while the recently refurbished Summerhouse has a separate outside garden. Both are open plan with fully fitted kitchens and dining area, separate bathrooms with shower, outside seating with barbie and firepit, and free wifi - and both take advantage of the amazing sunsets :-)

Plenty of off-road parking. Fresh eggs available from our free-range chickens and ducks! Up to 2 friendly dogs accepted free of charge (NB We have 2 dogs ourselves and our chickens/ducks may be in the field in the evening). NB The field may not be secure for very small dogs

There is an additional 2-acre field available to walk your dogs - subject to there not being any sheep or chickens or ducks in it!

* (Currently access to the Lodge is via the owners’ garden but in a few weeks it will have its’ own access via a grass footpath from the main drive and will be completely separate)

We have our Summerhouse lodge, sleeping 2, available for the Bank Holiday weekend (23rd 27th May) – just ½ mile from Bennar Beach, part of the Morfa Dyffryn National Nature Reserve with it’s miles of sand and sand dunes, 5 miles to Barmouth in Southern Snowdonia. Evening use of owner's hot tub next to the summerhouse.

Available for 3 to 7 nights. Up to 2 dogs accepted, free of charge 😊 £270 for 3N’s; £320 for 4N’s

The summerhouse lodge is in its’ own garden with outside seating, barbie, and firepit. Fully kitted out with fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, air fryer/grill, washing machine, TV, alexa, wifi. Ensuite with shower.

Couple of local shops, restaurant, takeaways and a dog friendly pub by the Ysgethin River 10 min walk away. Walk from the door into the woods and hills beyond for some fabulous walking with stunning views. The Mawddach cycling and walking trail is just 5 miles away and the majestic Cader Idris mountain, where you can get away from the crowds of Snowdon is just 30 mins drive. Portmerion, Zip.world, Coed-y-Brenin cycling trails are all within an easy drive.

Up to 2 dogs accepted, free of charge 😊 with use of ½ acre fenced field (Secure for medium/large dogs). Use of owners hot tub next to the summerhouse!
