✨ Monthly Sound Bath ✨

Waterfalls Sound Bath Sunday, 27 September
6:00–7:30pm

This special session will have two parts:

🧘‍♀️ 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra — a guided practice of deep rest, helping you release tension and settle your mind.

🔔 60 minutes of Sound Bath — relax into the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gong and other sound instruments, allowing your body and mind to unwind.

This evening is perfect for anyone who:
✨ Feels stressed, overwhelmed or mentally tired
✨ Finds it difficult to switch off and relax
✨ Needs a little time for themselves
✨ Wants to release physical tension and calm the nervous system
✨ Simply loves the feeling of being deeply relaxed

No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Just come as you are, lie down comfortably and allow yourself to rest. 🤍

It’s a busy day here at The Red & Waterfall Apartments & Yoga Studio prepping for tonight’s Red Smoke ♨️ kicking off from 6pm onwards…

On the menu tonight we have home cut chips, cooked outside, smash burgers, home made with Billy’s mince from Dyserth Butchers Chicken wings, pulled pork, veggie burgers & dogs, sourdough roles, buttermilk chicken, fresh pineapple rings and a whole lotta BBQ Red Smoke Love ❤️🔥♨️

In the background against the sound of the waterfalls we have a live DJ in the garden and live music 🎵 🎸
