I always struggle to find the balance on social media between not appearing unprofessional whilst also trying to get across that when you book with me you are booking with a human who cares. I guess I struggle with that because I am human!

Today I’ve been enjoying puppy cuddles while looking after clients and this last week it has really hit home to me just how reassuring it is to my clients when they know me, trust me and can reach me on WhatsApp easily and quickly while they are travelling.

This week a lovely client was travelling alone with her child when their flight unfortunately got turned around and landed back at the departure airport. This was a very special birthday trip and activities were booked that couldn’t be changed and the client was of course, worried about missing them. The client whatsapped me at 7am and I immediately replied and we were then able to be in constant touch all day while I helped the client with a new flight and as they the arrived considerably later in resort then had been planned, I was able to arrange a private car transfer transfer to the client’s hotel at no extra cost to the client, which made everything just that little easier at the end of a very stressful day.

If you are my client, I can’t even explain just how much I’m invested in making your trip as amazing and stress free as I can!

The very best part of my job is seeing and hearing what an amazing time my clients have on the holidays they book with me. Sometimes it’s even more special because an experience means that little bit more to them or is a tick off their ‘bucket list’. The lovely client who sent me these photos had really felt seeing monkeys would make their trip extra special and I helped them book properties and in this particular hotel requested a room location where this was most likely to happen and this cheeky monkey was happy to oblige and make her dreams come true!

How many ice creams can you have in a day on a Disney Cruise?

As many as you like and Connor (my son) likes to test this out. He is also pleased to know that no one minds if you use a cup for the ice cream because you’d fit much more in there than the cones! 🙈🤣

I’ve been booking clients on the newly released Disney Cruises today. I couldn’t be more excited if I was booking my own trips and I’m looking forward to their photos!
