Something special happened today. Something I have been dreaming of for a very long time…

My son got to see his beloved penguins in the wild.

This is something I have hoped I could make happen for years and it was an experience that moved me deeply and it was an awesome reminder of one of the biggest reasons I do this job. So that my wonderful clients can create memories like the ones we made today. Create experiences that may not mean much to everyone, but mean everything to them.

Today felt perfect and it was a perfect reminder of how I want my clients to feel too when they travel on holidays I have booked for them and how hard I am prepared to work to make that happen ❤️

What an absolute privilege to catch Ithemba Youth Choir performing at Nobel Square in the V&A Waterfront today.

The four statues here represent South Africa’s four Nobel Peace Prize Winners, F.W de Klerk, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Albert Luthuli and Nelson Mandela.

A fifth statue named ‘Peace and Democracy’ sits in the square to honour the role women and children played in the struggle for peace.

I really wish I had filmed for longer, but it felt important to enjoy the moment.
